Before catching up with LJ (I found that quiz in the_maenad's journal), I went to the eye doctor (all is well) and the gym.

Then I hurried home via the bakery, and made myself a brie-and-apple sandwich on rye for lunch. When Kate got here, about 20 minutes after I got home, it turned out she hadn't had lunch, so I made her a cheese sandwich. Then she hung out with me and cattitude for a couple of hours, and we had fine rambling conversation before she headed back to Brooklyn.

Also, more of my crocuses are open, and I have high hopes of forsythia before the end of March.
