I'm still congested, but I was tired of not exercising, so I took a sudafed and went to the gym.

The medicine had no discernible effect. I exercised some, and am hoping that whatever is making my back hurt is transitory. (No new exercises, and none of the stuff that made my back unhappy last month.)

Cardio, 15 minutes, plus one minute cooldown, top heart rate 150
Chest press, 70 pounds, 12, 8
Leg press, 250 pounds, 12. Stopped because my left knee was a bit unhappy at eight, and more than a bit by 12. For best results, avoid doing stupid things.
Angled calf raise, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 65 pounds, 15 with each leg forward; 55 pounds, 15 with each leg forward
Glute machine, 62.5 pounds, 15 on each leg. (I thought it was set at 50 until I did the first 15, and decided to leave it there. This was pushing things, perhaps too much so, but it seems okay.)
Biceps curls, 12.5 pounds each hand, 20; 10 pounds each, 20
Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 15; 2.5 each, 15
Stretches

[No mat work, because I didn't want to exercise flat on my back with the congestion being as it is: every so often I have to stop and clear my nose, or I have trouble breathing, and through my mouth isn't working as well as usual either.]
