I use Trufree but I don't know if you can get this in the US. (www.trufree.co.uk). They are simply called High Fibre Crackers. But you need to look for a fairly thin and gluten free "cracker". Anything that looks like a cracker would probably work.
FYI, nnaloh is Canadian; I don't know if that affects the availability of that particular brand, but Toronto is the sort of place where you can get all sorts of things.
