You can make gluten free matzoh balls by grinding gluten free high fibre crackers. It works exactly as matzohmeal does.

I use Trufree but I don't know if you can get this in the US. (www.trufree.co.uk). They are simply called High Fibre Crackers. But you need to look for a fairly thin and gluten free "cracker". Anything that looks like a cracker would probably work.

Canada and the UK have greater market crossover than the UK and the US but it's not absolute.
