A pleasant walk, a pleasant talk

I just had lunch with r_ness. We sat outside at the Garden Cafe and talked about life and transit and the coolness of Montreal, and traveling. He came back here long enough to meet julian_tiger and buy my leftover Hong Kong dollars, but not long enough for the kettle to boil and him to drink a cup of tea. Instead, just as it whistled, he headed off to the bus stop, and thence to Fordham and a New Haven train.
