Would you believe I did it a couple nights ago? I think it actually helped a little.

Thanks, I think I will. Does iced tea count? I usually drink tons of that until it's just too cold to think of drinking anything cold. Then hot tea until it's too hot to think of drinking anything hot. You also reminded me I have a quilt I want to make - tea cup blocks!

Thank you. I have no problems (no, really), and I have a horrendous tea habit anyway (Yom Kippur being about the only day I don't drink several pints), but I still really appreciate this post. Thank you for being concerned about your friends list, and thank you for giving such sensible advice.
