snowy walk, with hat photo

I just went for a walk, after adrian_turtle texted me to say she'd been outside right at the beginning of the current snowfall. I walked several blocks, turned around, and did a first pass on shoveling our sidewalk when I got back. It's really not my turn, since I shoveled the walk after the previous snowfall, but I was outside anyway, and it's light, fluffy snow.

I wore my long coat, a fancy blue and purple fur hat that I bought on a whim a few years ago and then didn't wear, and a medical mask. The har doesn't cover my ears, but having my nose and mouth covered makes a real difference to how cold I get, and feel.

The nose wires don't stop my glasses from fogging up, which isn't why I'm not wearing glasses in that photo, but is why I didn't put them back on after taking it.
