I'm doing well on yesterday's priority list:

I spoke to my psychiatrist, and told her that everything is going well, considering. In particular, I'm dealing with my freelance stuff, though it's heavier than it would be in normal times, and am glad to be situated where I can get outside without worrying about interactions with lots of people. In answer to more specific questions, yes I'm sleeping well, and no I have no medication side-effects to report.

I have now done four exercises, 3 of them shoulder-related, and one balance exercise, and might get around to more later.

An hour of proofreading got me to the end of the appendices; what's left is the references, index, and any other back matter I don't remember offhand.

[personal profile] cattitude slept very badly last night, so I'm making our meals today. Lunch was matzo meal latkes (easy, nourish, and we have more than two dozen eggs) and dinner will be a green salad with a bit of broiled tuna that's left over from last night. We got a cucumber yesterday, and a lettuce; the lettuce looked basically okay but a little floppy, so I want to use it now, and maybe I'll put in some scallion and/or bell pepper. Pecans?

Glad to know you're doing well. Salad sounds lovely and makes me want to make the family salad dressing just to have some.

Clean that floppy lettuce and put the cleaned leaves into a bowl of cool water. They will crisp right back up and be lovely. I use my biggest mixing bowl (pyrex the large yellow one...)

Definitely pecans. And a bit of feta or similar?
