I commented to someone at the gym, in passing, "but you shouldn't listen to me, I haven't been here in two weeks." But I was there today, after missing workouts due to minor joint pains and some scheduling complications, including a week ago, when I got to the gym and discovered I didn't have my workout clothes with me.

[I realize that to most people, "two weeks" isn't a long time not to have been in a gym. But it's long enough to start to feel the difference, if one is usually there twice a week.]

Cardio, 20 minutes plus two minutes cooldown, top heart rate 156
Leg press, 260 pounds, 15; 240 pounds, 15, 9
Chest press, 65 pounds, 10
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 15 with each leg forward
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 20

Crunches, 2 sets of 30
Back arches, 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 15; 2.5 each, 9
