The cough is better, but I woke up this morning with a nasty charley horse, and my left calf is still tight and doesn't want to support my weight. Another day not to go to the gym. I think I'll grab one of these nice books and sit in the park after lunch, at least enjoy the weather if not a walk.
Feh.
Feh.

Night-cramps for that reason are a well known thing to happen to people when pregnant, and I found they could be staved off with a packet of crisps before bed. Salt also helps people absorb calcium, so it can help too if it's caused by a calcium deficiency.
I think that's one of the most horrible ways to wake up. *hug*

Upper body workout might work, if I'm up to walking to the train.
A charley horse is a cramp in the lower leg.
