So, work, a short workout, and then I came home, hung out with
cattitude a bit, and cooked a quick dinner. This was, more or less, the dinner I had planned to cook last night when I thought I'd be home at a reasonable hour; it was tasty and easy tonight as well, but if I'd done it last night there might have been pasta to go with the sausage, onions, and peppers.

Calf raise, 70 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 60 pounds, 15. I've been doing fewer reps and/or lower weight than my usual on this machine for a week or so, because it's oddly stiff and thus more resistant, including on lowering the weights to the rest position after lifting them.
