Do not put on Boiled in Lead while naked--that way lie unpleasant quantities of bouncing and possible splinters.

Yeah, when you said exercise made you feel more alert, I wondered if dancing to music would make a quick at-home pickup, but ... splinters?!?!?!

I had a Boiled in Lead CD ("Orb") out from the library recently.

The wood floors are somewhat battered, and I was barefoot. I am now wearing sandals, and not worrying about splinters.

I had never heard of that band, but I just went to their website and found out that one of the guys in the band is also in the Three Mustaphas! Yay! And I also have an instructional doumbek VHS tape that he (Robin Adnan Anders) released where he plays the drums beautifully and talks really, really slowly. :)

I should really send you and cattitude a nickel for every time you introduce me to something really cool. You guys would be really sick of Jefferson's face very soon... :)
