While taking this morning's pills, I found that I had almost run out of one prescription. I called to refill the prescription, and, having talked to the pharmacist, I am unhappy with the pharmacy chain (though not with her) for two reasons:
This is supposed to be on auto-refill, *and* the prescription was supposed to have been transferred from a different CVS branch, neither of which happened. In fact, the person who told me that they were transferring all my prescriptions had only transferred one of them.
The pharmacist is contacting the doctor for a refill, and has now transferred that and the other remaining prescription. I'm not quite out of pills, in part because I keep one day's dose of everything in my daypack in case I'm not home when it's time to take them. What I mind is that I thought I had taken care of this, because CVS staff said yes, it's done when I asked them to do it.
