I was feeling a bit low on energy last night, and told
cattitude that if I still felt that way in the morning, I'd skip my workout. Instead, I got up at our normal time, showered, and made tea and coffee while he slept in a little bit. Then we headed out, despite my yawns and tender foot (literally—my right heel has been tender on and off for several days, in a weird way that seems to be worst when I first stand up). I intended to do a relatively light workout, though not as light as Friday's.
I did fewer sets of some things, but after an hour and a half, I looked at my notes on what I'd done, and said "Rosenzweig, are you even capable of doing a light workout?" Then I stretched, showered, and went down to Chinatown for lunch. I ran a few errands on the way home, involving varied food, and am now home, and going to see about resting for a bit.
( workout, by the numbers )
