I have my copy of A Sundial in a Grave back: [livejournal.com profile] cattitude found it hidden deep under one of our sofa cushions. (I would usually call it a couch, but "couch cushion" sounds wrong.) I am again sitting on the couch and reading, but am not leaving it there when I put it down.

Also, I have no idea where [livejournal.com profile] julian_tiger left the kitchen timer, and I'm a lot surer of his responsibility for that than for the novel.

We have dug out a mouse to replace my decidedly right-handed trackball, plugged it in, and set it on the left side of my keyboard. I have also told my computer to use it left-handed (which is a matter of which mouse button does what) and to slow the double-click speed.

I'm not sure of how much of its being counterintuitive is that I am right-handed, and literally less dextrous with the left hand, and how much of it is years of habit, and now reaching with my right hand for a trackball that I've set aside and that isn't plugged in anyhow.
