I had a good workout, with a new exercise given me by one of the trainers, and a new stretch. Nonetheless, or perhaps therefore, my shoulders are now sore.

The after-workout shower was a particular pleasure because we'd had no heat or hot water all morning (the landlord warned us about this a few days in advance, but while that let us run the dishwasher last night, it didn't give me hot water this morning).

After working out I followed porcinea's directions, went down to Sol Moscot, and got the sunglasses rysmiel asked for.
