While I didn't get to the gym today, I got plenty of exercise climbing stairs--because some genius decided that with only one working escalator at 181st Street on the A, it should be going down rather than up in mid-afternoon. And I lifted some weights, here at home--just eight pounds, but three sets of 15 bicep curls with each arm:
