We are, at most, only a little ahead of you - the maples are past peak, and starting to look a bit threadbare, but that's just this week. The little willow on the south side of my house is just starting to yellow.
And by now most of the maples are looking threadbare, if not actually naked; major change in a couple of days. The absurdly out-of-season rhododendrons are hanging on, though. And someone I spoke to last weekend, who has lived in Seattle a long time, was very surprised when I mentioned them, and suggested I must be in an odd microclimate.
