I just spent about 20 minutes in the fitness room at the temporary apartment building. I am still getting over a cold, and was coughing last night; at
adrian_turtle's suggestion, I did no cardio, and tried to concentrate on form. There were several exercises from my usual selection that I couldn't do for lack of hardware. (I think the permanent apartment's fitness room is better stocked; if not, I will need to find a gym.)
Variation on the hamstring bridge (feet flat on floor for lack of a foam roller), 3 sets of 10
Crunches with feet on large ball, 3 sets of 15
Squats leaning on (also fairly large) ball, 2 sets of 15
Calf raises, 3 sets of 15
Opposite arm/leg balance exercise, 12 pairs
(I was not up to lunges with nothing to lean on or have handy for balance/support at need)
Biceps curls sitting on (overly squishy) large ball, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Row with elastic, standing, 3 sets of 12
