I went to the gym and worked out with Emilie today (first and probably only workout this week). Looking at the list I just typed out, I seem to have gotten more done than usual in about the same amount of time (not counting the cardio, which I did spend longer on).
Cardio, 22 minutes, top heart rate 148
Rolled out IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Crunches on small ball, 7, 10, 10 (cut the first set short because my neck was tensing up, and did some stretching before the second set)
The balance thing where I start on all fours, and then extend one arm and the opposite leg. Trying that as such didn't work at first, so I dropped back to just an arm, and then add a leg, for a couple of reps before doing the opposite pairs.
Squats leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Crunches leaning on ball, 3 sets of 15

Lat pulldown, 55 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Hug a tree, 20 pounds, 2 sets of 12, Emilie praised my form, which was good since I've been having trouble getting this one right

Standing on the blue thing, biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
