I went to the gym after work; no cardio, just weights, and I didn't take notes at the time. And I am reminded of another reason I don't use the branch near my office that often: they don't have a coat rack (as the one I use near Times Square does), and putting an actual coat into the locker with my street clothes and daypack gets crowded.


Squats leaning on physio ball, 2 sets of 15, include one or two lowering quite deep
Calf exercise with ball, 2 sets of 15
Biceps curls (on ball), 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Balance lateral raise (on half roller), 3 pounds each hand, 15, a bit tottery

Row sitting on physio ball, 35 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, machine set to 5/25, 10 with each foot forward
Wrist curl, don't remember weight, 2 sets of 15
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12, 10
Hamstring bridge, the hard kind, 2 sets of 4
