I went to the gym after work; no cardio, just weights, and I didn't take notes at the time. And I am reminded of another reason I don't use the branch near my office that often: they don't have a coat rack (as the one I use near Times Square does), and putting an actual coat into the locker with my street clothes and daypack gets crowded.
