Praise then darkness, and creation unfinished

I just signed a letter of comment "yours in unwonted haste." Unwonted because dashing off a loc by email immediately on finishing reading the fanzine seems a little silly given that the fanzine in question refers to the 2005 Worldcon in the future tense, and labels as "breaking news" flickgc and drplokta's engagement to be married.

I know it was unwonted haste because I just had to send a second loc with a P.S. about my moose mug. Nonetheless, maybe the total time from publication to receipt of my loc will be around the average for that pair of events.
