It was a good, thorough workout, in part because rather than worrying about being home late, as I sometimes do when I exercise after work, I was aware of having time to fill. Our original plan would have had [livejournal.com profile] adrian_turtle taking a bus that got her to NY around 7:30, giving me time for a reasonable workout since she had a book with her. That bus was full, and an 8:30 arrival allowed for a long workout and a stop at Starbucks to sit for a few minutes and drink hot chocolate.

Tree, 6 sets of {3 on each leg}, the last set with arms over my head (I saw a photo of that position over the weekend)

Hip adduction, 90 pounds, 2 sets of 12

Stretches

I suspect I'm coming down with a cold (as well as having been congested on Sunday evening from the dust kicked up by cleaning), so I'm very glad I worked out yesterday: if it is a cold, I'll not want to exercise on Friday.
