It's been a long week, but despite feeling quite tired, I went to the gym after work. It was more brain than body tiredness, so I figured a workout might be doable, and it was. Afterwards, I walked over to Ninth Avenue and got a plate of pad thai, because I not only didn't want to come home and cook, I didn't want to have to think about what to eat, even on the level of "should I get pepperoni or mushroom pizza?" It was a good workout, and decent noodles, and I have a fine purple coat that's just right for the current weather.

I will be doing stuff this weekend, but the decisions are either already made (to go for dim sum tomorrow, and take it easy Sunday) or can wait (what kinds of dumplings to get, for example).

Cardio, 20 minutes plus one cooldown, top heart rate 138
Leg press, 260 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 65 pounds, 12, 6; 55 pounds, 4
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 65 pounds, 15 with each leg forward; 55 pounds, 15 each
Wrist curls, 25 pounds, 2 sets of 15

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Yoga tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}, not as well balanced as usual, probably because I was tired

Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 15; 2.5 pounds each hand, 15
Balance squats, 9--stopped because my left knee had started hurting when I bent it on the way down
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 20 [that's where I ran out of steam, and thought "another set would be nice…I'm not going to do it, though"]
