Cardio, 20 minutes plus two cooldown, top heart rate 148
Leg press, 240 pounds, 6--my left knee was twinging about every other rep, so I stopped.
Calf lift, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 55 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each, 15; 2.5 each, 15
Bicep curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Wrist curls, 25 pounds, 15
Didn't do the usual stretches at the end, because the device is missing its safety straps. Just a little bit of stretching, mostly leg muscles.
