Another less-than-full night's sleep, but I'm feeling much more cheerful at the moment, because I didn't lie awake long: woke a couple of times and got back to sleep quickly, and then when I woke around 6:40 and didn't get back to sleep soon, got up and showered. (The alarm is for 7:15 on workdays.) Yesterday afternoon's nap also helped a lot.

Oh love. It's fun to sleep with you, but trying to sleep *for* you is just silly. I've had almost 40 hours of sleep in the last 3 nights.
