This is another picture from the same weekend. I don't know if I like it, but it occurs to me that I'm not sure I have any other photos of myself in profile. I don't mean as userpics, or recent, I mean at all.

If any time soon you happen to have your own country and be minting your own coins, then that is the image to use, was my thought! A very nice classic sort of portrait.

Thanks. Now I'm wondering whether I need two userpics with the same profile of me. And whether I should see about getting it tweaked to include, say, a date and something that looks like vaguely official text (not necessarily in the Latin alphabet). I think we've got a little space to play with (looking at your icon next to it) if anyone feels up to it.

It is a good profile. It also shares with several of the Farthing party pictures of you that I've seen a tendency to look rather serious.

This leaves me with an impulse to go through the sets of posted pictures again, and look for the least serious: but you're as capable of that as I. There's a good one of me and adrian_turtle grinning at each other, I think in your dining room.
