Wiscon programming

I have my Wiscon programming assignment. Three items, one of which I'm thinking "am I remotely qualified for this?" and one of which I'm thinking "I said I don't do late-night programming." And now I'm debating whether to say "hey, I can't do this schedule" or to invoke the goddess caffeine because I really want to do that panel.
