A pretty good workout; I think Monday and Thursday is not only a better way of spreading out twice-a-week workouts, but the gym I mostly use seemed less crowded tonight than on recent Monday or Wednesday evenings. (Yes, I got there a little earlier, which may be a factor.)

Cardio, 11 minutes, top heart rate 149 (I ran out of newspaper, and wanted to get to the interesting stuff (a.k.a. the fun stuff, also known as good for my moods: weights.)

Chest press, 70 pounds, 12, 10
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 75 pounds, 12
Balance ~fly, 55 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
Leg press, 250 pounds, 3 sets of 15

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Yoga tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Glute machine, 42.5 pounds, 2 sets of 15 with each leg
Bicep curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
