About 20 minutes ago, the phone rang. It was the HR manager for the company I had a second interview with last Friday, asking if I could come in to talk to the communications director. We're tentatively scheduled for 3 tomorrow afternoon; she'll check with the comm. dir. tomorrow morning, then call me to confirm.

Chest press, 70 pounds, 12, 8
Squat, 2 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 65 pounds, 15 with each foot forward
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 13, 11; 72.5 pounds, 12
Tricep pulldown, standing on balance pad, 45 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Leg press, 250 pounds, 3 sets of 15

(Tried adjustable row, stopped after 2 (@70 pounds) because my upper arms weren't happy.)

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arch, 3 sets of 17
Yoga tree, 4 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 15; 2.5 pounds each, 2 sets of 15
Hip adduction, 110 pounds, 2 sets of 12
Hip abduction, 95 pounds, 13, 8
Bicep curls, 10 pounds each hand, 20, 15 (left elbow started to hurt, so I stopped)
Glute machine, 37.5 pounds, 15 each side
