This was another abbreviated workout. I had a doctor's appointment at a slightly inconvenient time. The plan had been to head downtown with [livejournal.com profile] cattitude, do some routine banking business, then possibly wander around before getting to the doctor with time to spare. Instead, when I got off the A at Columbus Circle, the C local was right there; I glanced at the time and decided to squeeze in a workout. I trimmed it to what I thought were the essentials, took a very quick shower afterwards, and was eight minutes late for my doctor's appointment, which still meant I was there before they were ready to see me, so that was okay.

Cardio, 8 minutes, top heart rate 151 (just to warm up)
Chest press, 75 pounds, 8; 65 pounds, 10
Leg press, 250 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each leg forward
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 12; 75 pounds, 12, 7

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 4 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
