This was another abbreviated workout. I had a doctor's appointment at a slightly inconvenient time. The plan had been to head downtown with
cattitude, do some routine banking business, then possibly wander around before getting to the doctor with time to spare. Instead, when I got off the A at Columbus Circle, the C local was right there; I glanced at the time and decided to squeeze in a workout. I trimmed it to what I thought were the essentials, took a very quick shower afterwards, and was eight minutes late for my doctor's appointment, which still meant I was there before they were ready to see me, so that was okay.
Cardio, 8 minutes, top heart rate 151 (just to warm up)
Chest press, 75 pounds, 8; 65 pounds, 10

Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each leg forward
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 12; 75 pounds, 12, 7
