I've been feeling rather stressed this evening (a confluence of things, I think), and was about to go get some ice cream when I realized that no, another cup of my tangerine tisane was more appealing. It's good ice cream, too: but it will still be good tomorrow.
Sleep soon. Weights tomorrow.

Ice cream is for almost any time of year: something I believed even before I started dating a Bostonian (they eat ice cream while walking through falling snow), but I was feeling congested, so I wanted the hot liquid.
Tea, and tisanes, are also for just about any time of year. It's not that black tea is plebeian, it's that caffeine at bedtime isn't a great idea. I have golden Assam next to me right now; I'm not an Early Grey fan, but the canister next to the Assam contains a vanilla-scented tea, and there's some apricot here that I drink once in a while.
