Personal to nnaloh: I got your email, but trying to reply to it crashed my Eudora client, as does every attempt to reopen it. I might be available that Wednesday, but won't know until probably the afternoon of that day; if that's okay, please let me know where/when.

(I suspect that some combination of the code for the blue background, and the attachment, is what's making my system unhappy, but I'm guessing: I can't reopen the thing to retrieve your email address, unfortunately.)

If you move the email into its own folder, then you should be able to open that folder (or, more precisely, the corresponding .mbx file in your Eudora directory) in Notepad and read it that way.

Thanks, that's a help. And I've saved her email address, for future use. (Not already having it on file was why I had to go through all this.)
