I just got out the elastic and did the strengthening exercises for the rotator cuff. Noteworthy only because I hadn't in a few days: it's easy to let slide, especially as I've gotten in the habit of doing these right before bed. (Yes, tonight too.) I'd been telling myself that this was okay because at least I was doing the stretches, but I haven't done those as much as I'd ideally like, just the minimal once a day.
I'm pleased that I didn't need to drop back from the green elastic to the (lower-resistance) red, and managed 20 or more on each of the four exercises I do.
I've been feeling less than 100% most of the day, even when I wasn't noticing shortness of breath on any other level. I even took a nap this afternoon, a fine thing but one that, unlike
cattitude, I'm not very good at. I've been dithering between "I shouldn't go to the gym tomorrow" and "but I'll feel better [emotionally] if I do" today. But these exercises are clearly good for me; harder to overdo; and I'm doing them in my own bedroom, so if I did wear myself out, I could just go right to bed.
Which I'm doing now anyway.
