I debated whether to go, and decided that the mood boost outweighed possible physical strain (the old wrist injury was twinging, among other things). It went okay, though again not quite as long as I'd ideally have liked.
Cardio, 26 minutes, top heart rate 154. Didn't get up into the 140s till past the 20-minute mark, this time.
Calf machine, 70 pounds, 12, 10; 65 pounds, 12
Leg press, 270 pounds, 3 sets of 12. I'm still impressed by this, and perhaps prouder than I ought to be of carrying the 45-pound weight plates around, albeit not very far, in order to load and unload this machine.
Tricep pulldown, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 45 pounds, 15
Wrist curl, 30 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Leg curl, 95 pounds, 12; 85 pounds, 13
That took more out of my legs than I'd expected; thus, the somewhat abbreviated mat work:
Crunches, 3 sets of 20
Back arches, 10
Yoga tree, 4 sets of {2 on each leg} I kept my sneakers on this time; it's easier that way, because the shod foot doesn't shift the way the stocking-clad one does. [Yes, they're gym socks; the term is still "stocking-clad".]
Adjustable row, 90 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 80 pounds, 15.
Stretches
I'd have liked to do bicep curls, but first the space wasn't free, and then I concluded I just didn't have it in me, after the rowing.

Re: Impressed
I also find that some numbers go up fast, some slowly, and some just stay where they are.
Or drop and have to be rebuilt, either because I take a break for some random reason (like travel or being sick) or have to be careful of a particular muscle or body part (the shoulder, mostly).
