I am feeling mighty, having been to the gym.
Mighty, but not (I hope) stupid: I reduced weights or repetitions on a number of things.
Cardio, 20 minutes, top heart rate 135
Calf machine, 70 pounds, 12, 11; 67.5 pounds, 12
Leg press, 230 pounds, 3 sets of 12 (okay, lower weight but more reps)
Adjustable row, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Wrist curl, 30 pounds, 2 sets of 15 (and had to push to finish 2)
Back arch with physio ball, 2 sets of 17
Seated leg curl, 90 pounds, 15, 10; 80 pounds, 15
Bicep curl, 30 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Lateral raise, 5 pounds left hand, 2.5 pounds right, 2 sets of 15. This is the first time I've done this with weight in the right hand since the rotator cuff got bad.
