We have a new coffee machine in the little lunchroom on this floor. I don't expect much from these devices, being a tea-drinker, but that the water it produced wasn't hot enough to brew green tea is annoying. Of course, it would be less annoying were I not underslept and possessed of a bit of a sore throat.

Also, my hands hurt: I've spent the last day and a half at work (also part of last week) copying and pasting stuff from one file to another: regardless of how useful this may be, or how tedious, it is physically as well as mentally repetitive.

I'm trying to figure out whether skipping tonight's workout would be a good or a bad idea in terms of my overall health and mood. Going to the gym would at least get me a hot shower, which my apartment was not capable of providing this morning (speaking of grumpiness).

I had a good time at the physical therapy; Larry is again, or still, pleased with my strength and range of motion, and when he asked me to rate my shoulder on a scale from 1 to ten, where ten=perfect, I said "eight or nine". Now it hurts; I've iced it and while that may have helped, it didn't remove the pain. Boredom I could handle, but this job/task may be too much for me physically.

Based on my experience of this physical state, I think skipping your usual weight-lifting would probably be sensible. However, I think 20 minutes of moderate cardio and large quantities of hot water could do you good, whether you get them at the gym, or at Inwood Park and your bathtub. *hug* I'm so glad you were here this weekend. Thank you again for doing the travelling this time, my dear.
