adrian_turtle called tonight. We were screening calls--I wasn't in a mood to talk to many people--but I grabbed it as soon as I heard her voice on the machine. She's in Montreal visiting papersky, rysmiel, and zorinth, who have managed to wear her out touristing with Rysmiel's uncle and aunt. We caught each other up a little, and talked about New Orleans, Katrina, and the horrible things connected to that. It wasn't a cheerful conversation, but I'm glad to have talked to her.
I'm going to try to find a weekend soon that we can see each other;cattitude is more optimistic about the logistics of this than Adrian is.
