Since I'm working on endurance now, I'm switching to 1 set of 20 (was 2 sets of 10) and will be doing more rowing, less lifting. It's interesting to see your numbers, though. Of course a lot of variation is just between machines, but I do well more than you on some exercises (calf raises, for instance), while you do well more than I on others (for 2x12, I'd be at around 155 - 175 on leg presses). There are a lot on which we don't intersect - I have no idea what Trees are, and do lat pulldowns but not triceps pulldowns.

You can't really compare accurately compare without being in the same gym, of course - I can sometimes see a 30 lb difference in what I can handle just switching types of pulldown machines - but the variation is still interesting.

What do you do for cardio? Have you ever tried a rowing machine? Uses arms, back and legs, and has no impact.
