My boss is on vacation--which is part of why she hired me--and her boss is out sick today.

I am following the hot-weather advice: I am in an air-conditioned location, drinking cold water, and eating several small meals (this is how I almost always handle breakfast, unless I'm visiting someone who believes in a large morning meal, like papersky.
