I think I'm getting the hang of this nap stuff.

Wander into the bedroom, lie down, and see what happens. Having julian_tiger snuggle up next to me, purring, seems to help. Whether it's actually soporific or not, I enjoy it.

Ah, the well-known cat-nap rays. I'm not much of a napper, but if my cat joins me, I go out like a light. (-:

The weird part is, for many years this didn't work with me. Of course, that was with a previous cat, one whose purr, while loving, wasn't anywhere near as loud as Julian's.
