I have ordered the salwar kameez knee-length, with short sleeves, and asked if on-seam pockets are doable.

Getting over this bronchitis is very much feeling like a three-steps-forward, two-steps-back sort of thing: I think I'm better, do fine walking all over for an hour yesterday, and then today I find myself tired from the strenuous activity of putting on socks and blue jeans and walking back into the living room.

I am trying to be patient about this.

sourcing?

I am now curious. Where/who did you order it from? And what is the proposed delivery time?

Hope your bronchitis gets better soon; Inwood Hill is a nice place to be out and about (and feeling okay) this time of year.

regards,

Mevlannen

I was thinking about you and your salwar kameez order yesterday. After work, I'd gone grocery shopping. Walking through the parking lot was a woman in a beautiful dark green salwar kameez with short sleeves, the very short cap style sleeve. The sleeve looked like a matching lace fabric to the more solid fabric of the tunic and pants. It was lovely.

Coming home, our next door neighbors were having some sort of gathering. They're from India, and a couple of elderly ladies in salwar kameezes walked past our house.

If you can get one with pockets, that sounds perfect.
