Never mind Boston, I haven't left the house today. Not only am I still down with the bronchitis, but one knee is very tender.

I took the last azithromycin pill about an hour ago. I'm also taking ibuprofen and a cough syrup (dextromethorphan and guaifenesin), and drinking tea the way I usually do. (Time for more cough stuff between 6 and 6:30.)

Addendum, 11 p.m.: Cattitude points out that I had the first symptoms after cleaning some nasty gunk in the kitchen (we have one of those double sinks, with a sliding surface that covers one or the other entirely, and not needing two just use one, letting the other go unlooked-at for long periods) because I thought it might help with whatever was causing me to tense up in the kitchen. And I just noticed that the tension is either not gone, or has returned.

go back and get checked by the doctor again (and possibly get more antibiotics, if needed) if you're not better. i had bronchitis for THREE MONTHS last year, and it still makes me cranky to think about. i have had a cold all this week, and if i am not better monday, i am going in.

It's not impossible that you need different antibiotics, or a longer course.

*hugs*

Hugs, cats and cyber-tea.

I'll vote for more antibiotics, too, but it's actually your call. I just hope you get to feeling better soon.
