It's been a gray, damp day, but I dragged myself to the gym anyway. (This was a lot easier when I had a job, and thus was near the gym most weekdays.) I did all the exercises that are good for my back--a rowing thing, and two kinds of exercises on the mat.
And I came home, and sat down in my usual chair.
And my back hurts. Which it usually doesn't. I can't find a comfortable sitting position, and I don't know if I overdid something at the gym and just didn't notice it for an hour and a half--in which case it would be nice to know where I need to be more careful--or if this is just an unfortunate coincidence.
Either way, maybe ibuprofen will help.
