Tension

If I could figure out what's stressing me, I could probably do something to relieve the problem.

It's oddly specific: when I walk into the kitchen, my throat tightens. This is the third evening in a row that I've had this problem. Daytime seems to be all right.

How clean and tidy -- or not -- is the kitchen? Have you used any possibly noxious cleaning chemicals recently?

I'm wondering about mould and mildew myself -- I know I find it hard to breathe around them, and the little buggers can hide in hard-to-get-at places.
