Transit officials amended that projection Tuesday, announcing combined A and C train service will be at 67 percent during tomorrow’s morning rush Manhattan-bound, and the evening rush will be at 80 percent Brooklyn-bound. However, it will still take three to six months to get A and C service back 100 percent.
