Just a quick cardio warmup, Xpressline, and mat work. On the Xpressline, I left all the weights where they were, and did 12 reps on most things, except 10 on one of the leg things, and only 7 on the bicep machine. That machine is my downfall.
Matwork, the muscles in the fronts of my thighs--which had been sore walking to the subway in the morning, but didn't complain about the leg press--disliked the back arches, so I did my usual 4 sets of crunches, but only 2 sets of back arches. Then the usual amount of yoga tree, but I left my shoes on this time.
Finished with the usual stretches, and off to Rose's Turn.
