I went to the gym after work yesterday. This is part of the plan to do Monday-Thursday-Saturday as a regular thing, which got off to a bad start last week when I skipped Thursday.
Cardio, 13 minutes (I seem not to have recorded a top heart rate)

I chatted a bit with one of the trainers while I was doing this, and observed that I'm doing better than most of the people I know, because I'm showing up. I suspect it helps that my morning train companion also goes to the gym regularly (though mostly just to run on a treadmill).
Calf machine, 60 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 55 pounds, 15. I made a point of using this machine, because I'd had a bit of leg cramp just walking around Port Washington on my lunch hour.
