I made a chicken curry for supper tonight, despite having come home sleepier than I'd expected (I hope the cup of Assam tea that was necessary to the process doesn't interfere with my getting to sleep tonight); it came out very well, despite my realizing partway through the cooking that I'd forgotten to set the timer when I added the chicken broth. So I guessed at a time, and just went by habit and the look of things. That's how I've cooked the rice to go with it for a while, anyhow.

I have a wonderful chili verde made with tomatillos for dinner this week. It's the first time I've cooked with tomatillos. They are really good. I wonder what else you can do with them. Have any recipes? The nice produce person (who pointed out their location and then answered my "how do I tell a good one" question) suggested salsa.
