The branch I went to yesterday had a seated leg press machine, which at my regular gym has been replaced by a different machine in which you're moving your whole body, not just your legs. It was old, old enough to have been eroded down by the thousands or millions of workouts it's done, but it was the machine I like. So, three sets of 15 reps, at 170 pounds. Strong and pleased with myself. And my thighs ache this morning.

A bunch of other stuff, too: weight lifting, stretches, crunches, a chunk of the usual routine, no cardio because that's boring and the cardio machines were upstairs, while the changing room and weight machines were downstairs.
